Upsteer Tek Solutions Private Limited, its subsidiaries and branch operations hereinafter referred as ‘Upsteer’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ is committed to respect your privacy and choices. The statement highlights our privacy practices regarding Personal Information that we collect and store about you through this website, www.upsteer.com (the “Site”) and also for those Personal Information that you provide us while participating in our events and campaigns.

5. Where Upsteer stores your personal data

The data collected by Upsteer is stored within the information systems, owned and operated by Upsteer, and in the cloud systems. All information you provide to Upsteer is stored (including backups) within secure environment certified in accordance with world-leading security standards (currently, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 “Information Security Management System”). Once Upsteer receives personal data from you, a third party or a public source, it will use all reasonable procedures and security measures to avoid unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or amendment of the personal data.

Please mind that, unfortunately, transmission of information via the Internet (including by email) is not completely secure, and, although Upsteer will do its best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data in transfer.
